Professional Experience
Camilla T. Morch received her B.S. degree in Business Management from Kean University in 1990 and went on to achieve her law, J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995.

Ms. Morch joined the law firm of Hurley & Vasios, where she practiced civil defense litigation in the area of medical malpractice and bodily injury claims and developed an expertise in PIP/No-Fault claims. Ms. Morch is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey. She also serves on the Forthright Advisory Council which preserves and protects the integrity of the Dispute Resolution process and the neutrality of the Dispute Resolution Professionals.

Areas of Practice
Since forming her own firm in 2006, PIP is now the sole focus of the firm. She has significant experience prosecuting these claims and fighting insurance companies that refuse to pay.

Katherine Vasiliades, Esq.

Professional Experience
Katherine Vasiliades received her BA degree in political science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and then her JD degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. She is a member of the State Bars in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the US District Court of New Jersey, and was admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court in 2003.

Areas of Practice
She began her legal career with the firm of Robert A Auerbach, practicing civil litigation defense in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and all areas of insurance law, including UM/UIM and PIP. She continued to develop her litigation and arbitration skills at the firm of Guida, Fabricant and Bressler, before branching out on her own to handle affirmative pursuit of claims in addition to defense practice, and providing services to pursue claims on behalf of the Morch Law firm. She is also an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, teaching Civil Litigation, Torts and Ethics.
